Practical Nursing Program (PNP): Level One & Level Two
The Practical Nursing Program prepares graduates to administer Safe, ethical, multi-skilled client-focused nursing care in traditional and alternative health care settings. (The LPN role in the Nursing Process is incorporated into classroom learning, simulated client care, and supervised experiences in the health care settings). The learning needs of each individual are taken into consideration. Faculty assists students to grow professionally and personally to reach their potential, through classroom theory, lab work and clinical practice classes.
NURSE AIDE TRAINING PROGRAM The course is designed to provide the student Nurse Aide with the basic knowledge and skills which includes:

PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAM (PNP) - Objectives
The graduates of Comprehensive Health Academy School of Practical Nursing who have passed the National Council Licensure Examination [NCLEX-PN] will be competent and qualified to work in hospitals, nursing homes, wellness centers, government and private clinics, doctors offices, school clinics and other health care facilities.
The goal of Comprehensive Health Academy School of Practical Nursing is to produce practical nurses that are competent, qualified, dedicated and caring to practice nursing in this culturally diverse and changing population and environment.
The graduate of Comprehensive Health Academy School of Practical Nursing will be able to demonstrate competency, broad based theoretical and clinical knowledge to practice as a safe License Practical Nurse upon passing the National Council Licensure Examination [NCLEX-PN].

NURSE AIDE TRAINING PROGRAM - Objectives
The course is designed to provide the student Nurse Aide with the basic knowledge and skills that essential for providing safe care to residents under the supervision of a licensured nurse.
At the end of this course the student will be able to provide safe and effective basic care to a group of patients in variety of settings under the supervision of licensed personnel. The student will be eligible for both written examination and skills evaluation of National Nurse Aide Assessment Program [NNAAP].
The graduates of Comprehensive Health Academy Nurse Aide Program who have passed the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (written examination and skills evaluation) will be competent and qualified to work in hospitals, Long-term care facilities an dother health care facilities.
CURRICULUM
To enhance the learning process for this Nurse Aide Training program, Comprehensive Health Academy is equipped with state of the art leaning tools and materials, technological cutting-edge audiovisual teaching equipments, highly qualified, experienced and goal oriented faculty.
Learning experiences are provided in the classroom, skills laboratory and long-term care facility.
